“I’m eager to present to our members info about voting districts and where they come from and what they mean. As a county election commissioner, one of my duties is to redistrict the Quorum Court districts (Justice of the Peace) after every census. We are in the process of doing that now in Pulaski County, so this is a timely opportunity to discuss the importance of districts and why they change, etc.”
